The key to a great client relationship

​Press releases, social media, videos, creative brochures, media relations, event management, award writing, producing a magazine … you name it, we’ve probably done it for Redbrik Estate Agents.

Whenever we’re asked to supply examples of the range of services we offer for clients, we often use the work we have done with Redbrik to highlight the depth and variety of the work we do.

In 2017, we worked closely with Redbrik to produce and launch its brand-new property and lifestyle magazine. We have just finished issue three of the publication, which sees us work with the team at Redbrik from the early planning stages right through to design and editorial management and we are looking forward to seeing the latest edition hot off the press next month.

As the company continues to grow, so too does its portfolio. Redbrik is working with several developers across the region on some fantastic new developments, including Sky-House, The Beauchief, and Albert Lofts. For each new development, we have come up with a PR plan to best market the new homes – for Sky-House, we’re working closely with Redbrik to plan a special launch event where attendees have the opportunity to reserve their home for £1; for The Beauchief, we’ve created a bespoke brochure for the properties.

You may also remember the video we created for Redbrik, ‘Why would anyone live in Sheffield?’. The firm tasked us to create a video challenging the common misconceptions about the city, often seen as an industrial place, full of smoke and factories. The result was a great, shareable video for social media – on Facebook, it’s had a reach of more than 41,000 people, with 338 shares.

On a day-to-day basis, we maintain social media channels for Redbrik, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Posting a mixture of hot properties, latest décor trends, industry news and business updates, we have helped grow Redbrik’s social media accounts through regular, relevant posts and engagement with followers.

We have a fantastic relationship with the team at Redbrik, and we love that the company continues to challenge us with fresh and exciting tasks to increase their brand awareness across the region.
